John Maucere is not a triple threat – he’s a quadruple threat! He is Poet, Emcee, Stand-up Comedian and SuperDeafy. He commands an audience like no other with his plastic face and lightning wit, and I’ve found myself many times rolling on the floor with laughter at his ability to present a mirror to our everyday lives. If the hearing community has Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno and David Letterman, the Deaf community has John Maucere; but he’s all of them rolled into one!
